Malinko presented to OpenCoffee Manchester

With the new version of Malinko on the horizon, Andrew Threlfall gave OpenCoffee Manchester a quick preview at the Urbis Centre. He demonstrated and talked about the core of the new Malinko that contains a powerful scheduling and resource allocation engine that is adapatble for a large number of companies that run fleets of vehicles.

Malinko awarded Innovation Voucher

Mailinko has been awarded an innovation voucher by the North West Development Agency, it is
designed to help Northwest businesses to purchase a knowledge provider’s expertise to develop innovation and enhance business.

Malinko is working with Manchester Metropolitan University to carry our research into using RFID tags to speed up the collection process and improve accuracy of collection data. The work is due to be completed by December 2009.
